Returns & Exchanges

Creed Australia hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if a product is faulty, we are happy to offer a credit, exchange, or replacement for any goods returned to us within seven days of receipt.

If you receive a product that has been damaged during delivery or appears to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service Department within seven days of receiving your order for assistance with a return.

Upon receipt, we will determine, at our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was indeed damaged or defective at the time it was originally delivered to you. Faulty products that are not returned to us for inspection will not be credited or replaced.

We also offer a Fragrance Sample Guarantee. A complimentary sample is included with every full-sized fragrance purchase—if you try the sample and change your mind, you can return your fragrance and exchange it for another. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or damaged.

Please note that we can only assist with orders placed through creedperfume.com.au. Items purchased in-store or via one of our official stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase for a credit or exchange.
