At Creed Australia, we hope you are delighted with your order. Should your item arrive damaged or appear to be faulty, our Customer Service Team will be pleased to assist.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item has been damaged in transit or appears to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service team within seven days of receiving your order. Once received, your return will be assessed at our reasonable discretion. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged at the time it was delivered, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or credit. Please note, faulty products must be returned to us for inspection before a credit, replacement, or exchange can be arranged.
Change of Mind
We offer a Fragrance Sample Guarantee on eligible fragrance purchases of 30ml or larger. A complimentary sample is included with eligible fragrances, allowing you to experience the scent before opening your full-size bottle. If the fragrance is not suitable, you may contact our Customer Service team to arrange an exchange in accordance with this policy. The Fragrance Sample Guarantee does not apply to Discovery Sets, Sample Sets, or other non-eligible products. To be eligible, the full-size fragrance must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Online and In-Store Purchases
We can only assist with orders placed through creedperfume.com.au. Items purchased in-store or via one of our official stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase.
