• Your fragrance must remain unopened, completely unused and in its original packaging. Any fragrance that has been sprayed, even once, is considered used and will not be eligible for exchange.

• All returned fragrances are carefully inspected upon receipt. If a fragrance shows evidence of use, it will be returned to you and the exchange will not be processed.

• Your exchange must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

• The Fragrance Sample Guarantee applies to fragrances of 30ml or larger.

• Please ensure your fragrance and its packaging are carefully protected for return, as exchanges can only be processed for items received in their original, resalable condition. Any item received damaged, including its packaging, will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to you.

• Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation to help us identify your return and process your exchange promptly.

• Once a fragrance has been exchanged, the replacement fragrance cannot be exchanged again under the Fragrance Sample Guarantee.

Yes. You may exchange for a perfume of equal or greater value. If the replacement perfume is more expensive, we will send a secure payment link for the balance.

Fragrances purchased online cannot be exchanged at a Creed boutique. All online exchanges must be arranged through our Customer Service Team using the form below.

Please submit your Perfume Guarantee request first. Our team will provide return instructions once your exchange is approved.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning your fragrance.

If your complimentary sample is missing from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team before opening your full-size fragrance. We will be pleased to arrange a sample for you.
