We'll include a complimentary sample of your fragrance with every order that includes a 30ml bottle or larger as part of our Fragrance Sample Guarantee. If you try your sample and change your mind, you can return your unopened full-sized bottle and exchange it for another one.
Please note that we do not cover postage or handling for returns, and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and in its original wrapping.

We’re only able to help with returns for orders placed directly on creedperfume.com.au. For in-store or retailer purchases, please return the item directly to the original point of sale with your receipt.
If you received a faulty or damaged product please email us via admin@creedperfume.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and assist you accordingly.
