Biased Creed fan, own over a dozen different fragrances from their collection. Wild Vetiver is a very decent release from the house. Could become my new workhorse fragrance, the dry down is where the magic is, was told thst it smells a little like fresh green apples on me, the green base notes still noticable the following morning. 10/10.
Blind purchases can be a risk, especially within an established house like Creed, where expectations are already set. Wild Vetiver, however, delivers with quiet confidence from the very first wear.
Rather than echoing the familiar structure of earlier vetiver compositions, this release stands comfortably on its own. The opening presents a bright, refined freshness with a subtle spice that immediately feels composed and intentional.
As it develops, a gentle floral nuance emerges, not to dominate, but to create balance and cohesion. This transition happens seamlessly, allowing the fragrance to feel structured from the outset rather than evolving in distinct stages.

The balance of the citrus, floral, and woody components are in perfect harmony. The perfume is very “smooth” without any rough edges. I love how the spiciness of the timur berry lifts the floral rose and woody vetiver. Gave a Wild Vetiver sample to our neighbour’s 14 year old son, who is starting a interest in perfumes, and this is now his favourite!
