To personalise your fragrance online, enter your engraving message on the product page before adding it to your cart. Each item can have one engraving, limited to three words and 20 characters, using A-Z, 1-10, and common punctuation only. Please allow extra time for your engraved fragrance to be dispatched. Engraved products cannot be returned unless faulty. We reserve the right to reject messages containing expletives or inappropriate language. Please ensure all engraving details are correct at the time of submission, as we cannot be held responsible for any errors once the request has been submitted.
